Fantastic renovated apartment, located beachfront with spectacular views of Fornells Bay. Enjoy the terrace and a home equipped down to the smallest detail, ideal for a comfortable family stay.
The house has a loft-style layout with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The kitchen, open to the living and dining area, is fully equipped. The central area of the property offers sea views and direct access to the promenade and Rosario Street. The apartment is in a quiet area, just a few meters from the town center and the swimming area.
The main entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The property also has a second entrance leading to the bathing area of Fornells Bay via a spiral staircase.
ENTRY: From 3pm
EXIT: until 11am.
The apartment is fully equipped: it has air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms and additional heating in the bathrooms. It also has Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet with 600 MB symmetrical speed. A washer-dryer, towels and linens, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, and all the necessary kitchen utensils and tableware are also provided.
The apartment has a lovely terrace with a built-in awning where you can eat if you wish.
Its location is ideal: its views of the port and the large bay are magnificent, and being able to watch the sunrise from the apartment itself is truly captivating.
In Fornells, we have a large bay that offers a wide range of activities: in front of the apartment, there's a large pedestrian promenade, a designated swimming area, and a pier where you can rent motorboats, kayaks, and take boat trips along the coast, as well as diving excursions. Nearby, on the beaches of Fornells, there's also a marina. Bicycles and vehicles are available for rent, allowing you to explore the surrounding natural area.

Booking conditions
Minimum stay: 4 days
Monthly discount of 15%
Cleaning fee per booking: €100
The minimum stay is four days, and there is a 15% monthly discount on the rate. A cleaning and preparation fee of €100 is added to the final price for all bookings.
To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final amount. Upon receipt of the transfer, we will acknowledge receipt immediately and send you an invoice. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to arrival at the apartment.
The booking fee is a fixed part of the reservation and is non-refundable if cancelled. However, if the cancellation is due to force majeure (and occurs more than two months before arrival), the fee will be credited towards a future booking.
