This policy applies to data processed in connection with inquiries, bookings and stays at the Mevamar holiday apartment.

2. Data we process

 

We process identification and contact information, booking and guest information, and payment and billing information necessary to provide the service.

We will also request the information required by the regulations applicable to the accommodation. This information may be provided by the client or by the person making the reservation on behalf of the guests.

Only information that is relevant and necessary for the purposes described will be requested. If the data required to enter into a contract or comply with a legal obligation is not provided, it may not be possible to process the booking or provide the service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data will be used for:

Answer inquiries and process reservations: carry out the requested procedures before hiring.

Managing the vacation rental: confirming the booking, organizing check-in and check-out, handling any issues, and maintaining all necessary communication for the stay. The legal basis for this is the execution of the contract.

Manage collection and issue the invoice: execute the contract and comply with tax and accounting obligations.

Comply with the legal obligations of the accommodation: including the registration of travelers and communications to the competent authorities when required.

The data will not be used to send advertising, create commercial profiles, or carry out activities unrelated to these purposes.

4. Recipients and suppliers

La web tiene carácter informativo y no gestiona reservas ni pagos. Las consultas, la disponibilidad y las fechas de estancia se acuerdan directamente entre el cliente y el propietario por correo electrónico. Para confirmar la reserva, el cliente realiza un pago por transferencia bancaria directamente a la cuenta del propietario, sin utilizar plataformas de reserva ni pasarelas de pago. La operación bancaria será tramitada por las entidades financieras correspondientes.

Los datos podrán comunicarse a las administraciones públicas cuando exista una obligación legal. Los proveedores técnicos necesarios para alojar la web y prestar el servicio de correo podrán tratar los datos únicamente para ofrecer esos servicios y con las garantías de protección de datos aplicables. Los datos no se venderán ni se facilitarán a terceros para sus propias campañas publicitarias.

5. International data transfers

The customer's nationality or the fact that they make a bank transfer from another country does not, in itself, imply an international transfer of their personal data by the owner. The owner does not use booking platforms or payment gateways to manage reservations.
