Terms of service and booking conditions

2. Purpose of the service

The reservation corresponds to the vacation rental of the Mevamar apartment, located at Carrer del Rosari, 49, 07748 Fornells, Menorca, Illes Balears., during the contracted dates.

The maximum capacity is as indicated in the accommodation information and in the booking confirmation.

3. Booking, price and payment

Before finalizing the booking, the customer will be able to check the dates, the number of guests, the total price, applicable taxes and charges, the payment conditions and the cancellation policy.

The reservation will be formalized when the indicated payment conditions are met and the client receives the corresponding confirmation.

The client must provide correct and up-to-date information to manage the stay and issue the invoice.

4. Cancellations and modifications

Cancellations, modifications and absences will be governed by the conditions of the chosen rate, shown before booking and included in the booking confirmation.

Change requests are subject to availability and may involve a price change. These conditions do not limit the customer's statutory rights.

5. Stay and use of the apartment

Check-in and check-out will take place at the times communicated prior to booking.

Guests must respect the maximum capacity, accommodation rules and rules of coexistence, and use the facilities and equipment carefully.

Any applicable deposit, supplement or restriction must be communicated before finalizing the booking.

6. Personal data and billing

The data provided for the purpose of booking and during the stay will be used to manage the holiday rental of the apartment, handle communications related to this service, manage payment and issue the corresponding invoice.

Data will also be processed as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, including tax obligations and those relating to the registration of travelers.

The data will not be used for advertising or for any purpose other than those described. Details regarding data processing are provided in this website's Privacy Policy.

7. Inquiries and complaints

These conditions will be applied in accordance with Spanish regulations and applicable consumer protection provisions, without limiting the mandatory rights of the customer.
